To make changes to your account you may ONLY do so through text or email. This includes holds, cancels, tuition reduction, membership renewals, up or downgrading a membership, or any other financial matter.
We are happy to discuss sensitive matters face to face or over the phone, but for any action to be valid it must have a paper trail from email or text, afterwards.
In order for a hold to be valid you MUST contact us (7) business days before your draw date. No refunds given otherwise.
