The type of Yoga they will be teaching is more Yin / light vinyasa based, meaning slower, longer holds, meant for restorative and rejuvenating purposes . This compliments the Pit's workouts perfectly; stretch your muscles and ease your aches with Yoga...and Monday's and Friyay's can be used as a pre-workout if you'd like! You'll still get a great mind and body refresher just doing Yoga itself.

Angel Alonzo has been a Yoga practitioner for nearly ten years. She completed her RYT 200 hours in November 2016 and is a certified Reiki One and Reiki Two practitioner. Angel is also certified in Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, and will be continuing her further Yoga education this fall.
Heather Andrews has been practicing Yoga for nearly seven years and teaching for almost 2 years. She is a certified 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, studied Yin Yoga under Paulie Zink, and is Reiki 2 Certified. Heather has taught at Sin City Yoga, Arabesque Dance and Fitness Studio, Mountain's Edge Park, and has several private clients.
