Braxton has been training for just over a month. In that time his attitude and discipline have improved remarkably. In addition, he consistently finishes the conditioning workouts first and is able to perform box jumps on the big tires just like the adults!
Scott has been training in CrossPit consistently for nearly 3 months. His technique has improved dramatically in addition to his cardio and musculature. He is always seeking to improve and will take his training to the next level by partaking in sparring soon!
